Clinical supervision for anyone studying or working as a social worker, or in the allied health field. Supervision incorporates key principles: trusting and safe relationship, accountability and ethics, reflective practice, professional development and competencies, social justice and cultural safety, support and wellbeing, and action-oriented planning. Supervision sessions are guided by the supervises development goals (e.g. field education placement, accreditation, professional development).
