About

Mission
My mission is to provide compassionate, client‑centred counselling that honours each person’s lived experience and promotes healing through trauma‑informed, evidence‑based practice. Rooted in social work values of dignity, justice, and human connection, I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where individuals feel empowered to reclaim their wellbeing. I am equally committed to contributing to the growth of the profession by sharing knowledge, fostering reflective practice, and supporting the ongoing learning of fellow practitioners.
Vision
To create a future where compassionate, trauma‑informed support is the norm, and where both clients and professionals are empowered to grow, learn, and contribute to a healthier, more connected community.
